Data we process

• data submitted via the contact form: first name, last name, company, email address, phone number and message content;
• technical data related to your visit, such as IP address, browser/device information, visit time and basic security logs;
• technical information required for Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam protection;
• data from the application forms on the campaign pages (/rozmowa, /wdrozenie-ai): besides contact details, company size, answers about the area, stage, timing or meeting format, and the UTM parameters of the ad that brought you to the page;
• if you consent on the campaign pages: identifiers from Meta Pixel cookies (_fbp, _fbc) and information about your visit to those pages and the form submission, sent to Meta.

Purposes and legal bases

• responding to contact form and email inquiries — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in communicating with potential clients;
• preparing an offer, discussing collaboration terms or taking pre-contractual steps — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR;
• securing the website, preventing spam and abuse — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR;
• fulfilling legal, accounting or tax obligations if collaboration takes place — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR;
• measuring the effectiveness of Facebook and Instagram ads and optimising the campaign with Meta Pixel on the campaign pages (/rozmowa, /wdrozenie-ai) — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent given in the banner. You can withdraw it at any time with the “Ustawienia cookies” link at the bottom of a campaign page; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.

Recipients and external tools

Data may be processed by technical service providers used to run the website and handle communication, including hosting providers, Cloudflare, Cloudflare Turnstile, email providers, Resend and notification tools used to handle contact requests.

These providers process data only to the extent necessary to deliver technical, security, email delivery and communication services.

If you consent to Meta Pixel, data about your visits to the campaign pages go to Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland. For collecting this data and transmitting it to Meta, the controller and Meta are joint controllers. Further processing follows Meta’s privacy policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some technical service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are used, in particular standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms allowed under the GDPR.

Meta may transfer Meta Pixel data to Meta Platforms, Inc. in the USA under the European Commission’s EU-US Data Privacy Framework decision and standard contractual clauses.

Retention

• contact correspondence is stored for the time needed to handle the inquiry and then for a period justified by potential claims or continued business relationship;
• data related to collaboration is retained for the period required by law, including tax and accounting regulations;
• technical and security logs are kept for the time required to maintain website security and stability;
• your Meta Pixel choice is stored in your browser for 12 months, and the _fbp cookie expires after 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing and lodge a complaint with the Polish Data Protection Authority.
